If you have minor defects which cannot be rectified immediately (this could be for budgetary reasons, or because access isn't practical), we can provide regular monitoring to reassure you that the defect remains minor, and to ensure that the repair can be carried out at once if it becomes necessary.
We can also undertake detailed investigations into recurring issues to find the root cause, allowing you to address and eliminate the problem (and save money on repairs). For example, an open joint in a drain can cause recurring blockages that need to be cleared, and yet a permanent repair will cost roughly the same as clearing one blockage.
